"Among my many duties as Buyer Specialist and Listing Partner for The Crockett Team I am also Sales Manager for Judie and David Crockett, assisting them in servicing their clients. Being a naturally nurturing person makes me perfect for the role of providing extraordinary service for our clients. I'm really proud to say that every team member on The Crockett Team is dedicated to excellence in service. It's really a part of our culture.
I'm also known as the team's "stager". I been blessed with a natural eye for interior design and decorating which really helps when staging homes to show off their best features. When your home is on the market it's always in a 'beauty contest' with all of the other competing properties for sale. That's why it's vitally important to spruce things up and rearrange things a little to better compete. In every beauty contest, the goal is to make it to the top 3 from which the crown is awarded. It's the same in real estate. You want your home to be in the top 3 choices of all the homes the buyers have seen which puts you in position to win. That's where my staging talents can really help.
If you or anyone you know is thinking about making a move, give me a call at (440) 974-7444. I look forward to working with you!"

"I start my day on a positive note and it just gets better from there. After a tough workout I stop at Starbucks on the way into the office firing on all cylinders for the rest of the day.
I'm a great listener which helps me focus on what my buyer clients are really telling me about their needs and desires. My approach is to set my buyers up on targeted home searches through our many computerized programs so that they can be part of the process of selecting just the right home. I work closely as a team with my buyers so that when that perfect home hits the market we can move on it. Because I look at so many homes every day, I am a valuable resource for my buyers. This saves them valuable time by focusing on just those homes that will work for them.
If you or anyone you know is thinking about making a move, give me a call at (440) 974-7444. I'll grab a quick Starbucks and help get you moving." |

"I came into real estate after having sold my home through The Crockett Team. I was so delighted with the service and their approach to the business I asked to join the team. My previous career as a top hair stylist gave me the servicing background that I felt gave me the core strength needed to succeed in this highly competitive business . . . and it has.
I work with both buyers and sellers with my unique specialty being in the area of new construction. It's said that you are best at what you enjoy the most and my passion is new homes. Maybe it's the smell of sawdust. Anyway, I have a certain expertise in new construction which many clients appreciate as we work our way through the process from design to moving day.
If you or anyone you know is thinking about making a move, give me a call at (440) 974-7444. I look forward to working with you." |

"Buyers are naturally excited about looking at homes and seeing what's out there. Making a move to a new home is a great part of life and it really is exciting. I understand this. I also understand that it's my job to keep that excitement from turning into frustration and stress.
I work to orchestrate the process by guiding buyers through the steps while helping them implement a game plan that best narrows the searches to just those homes that really might meet their needs. The initial consultation session with buyers really is important. Many buyers just like to hop in the car and start driving. This is the quickest path to buyer burnout. My advice is always slow down, take a deep breath, let's talk about your wants and desires for a few moments and then get into the car. If you wanted to look at every house in town you should become a mailman.
My buyers really appreciate this common sense approach. I've seen just about every home out there and, thus, I can save buyers time and stress with a short consultation session.
If you or anyone you know is looking to make a move, give me a call at (440) 974-7444 and we'll start the great adventure of buying a home." |

"My experience in retail sales has really helped me in real estate. As the owner of a successful Maytag appliance store my goal was to surpass all expectations for service . . . and I did. My goal is the same in real estate. My clients are not just looking for information on houses. They want to tap into my market expertise and expect effective communication and responsiveness. That's their definition of service. It's mine also. My clients get my total concentration and focus. That's my committment to them.
My family and I have lived in the Lake County area all of our lives. This gives me a real sense of perspective about our community, its people and the benefits of raising families right here. This strong sense of family and community carries over to my desire to help people with their real estate moves. If you or anyone you know is thinking about making a move, call me at (440) 974-7444. I look forward to your call." |

"I am both a Listing Partner and a Buyer Specialist with The Crockett Team. When listing a home, I have total confidence that no other agent can do a better job at marketing and selling that home than can The Crockett Team. Our Comprehensive Marketing Plan is the best in the country and really gets homes SOLD.
My buyer clients benefit from the fact that we are on top of the market and know about many great homes for sale, some even before they hit the market. This 'energy' that we have at The Crockett Team has proven really beneficial to both our seller and buyer clients. Everyone on The Crockett Team really works as a 'team' sharing ideas, encouraging each other, learning together and having a lot of fun in the process. This great attitude permeates everything we do. Great attitudes get great results.
If you or anyone you know is thinking about making a move, give me a call at (440) 974-7444 and I'll really help you get moving . . . and, with a great attitude!" |

"As a high school athelete (and a pretty good one) I was taught to keep working hard and to constantly improve my skills. That background has served me well with The Crockett Team. One of the reasons for our team's success is its learning culture and its goal of continuous improvement in everything we do. My clients really benefit from both my skills and work ethic.
As a Listing Partner and a Buyer Specialist, I've developed a good street sense for our market and how best to approach both selling and buying. I've found that good communication with my clients is perhaps one of my greatest strengths. It's probably the reason my clients refer so much business to me. I listen . . . and then I work really hard to get the results my clients desire. It's just that simple.
If you or anyone you know is looking to make a move, call me at (440) 974-7444 and I'll get working for you. Thanks. |

Cosmetic Improvements >A Sparkling Kitchen
There's no doubt about it--the kitchen is one of the most important rooms in the whole house for many prospective buyers. Smart sellers will take a close look at how they can make their kitchen a real asset when it is time to sell.
Your kitchen doesn't need to be state-of-the-art to be attractive. The first step toward enhancing your kitchen's appeal is a thorough cleaning. This includes the walls, cabinets (inside and out), floors, and appliances. Keep the counter tops as clear as possible of small appliances and gadgets. Consider low-cost improvements which can make a big difference, such as a coat of paint, fresh wallpaper, or new floor covering. Be sure to keep the kitchen sparkling when the house is being shown. This means no dirty dishes in the sink or moldy cucumbers in the refrigerator. This extra effort will pay great dividends!
